Battleground for Your Heart

I couldn't decide what to post about today. I finished The First Five Pages and while it was helpful, it didn't fill me with the same inspiration Donald Maass did. Certainly not enough to write an entire post.

I feel a need to keep posting about politics but I know everyone is getting weary of the constant back and forth that's all over the internet. I've seen plenty of videos over the past couple weeks but have refrained from sharing. Until now.

Fellow blogger AC has posted several election videos, all of which are very entertaining. This morning I found this:

It's the perfect Saturday post! Politics and boy bands!

Have a great weekend and go check out AC's blog.

Hmmm.. Not bad. Personally I think it needed some cow bell and extra Casio keyboard effects.

A cow bell would rawk!

LOLOL! Yes! You know, since they've kept Palin away from the media again (with good reason, but...), I haven't been able to laugh like I could. I miss it!

I loved it! My favorite parts - the lead singer's blond wig and the other singer's flannel shirt buttoned at his navel. Too funny.

Priceless. Though I agree with Turkey, a cowbell always enhances!

hehehe cute! I also agree about the cow bell. I'm not voting for either candidate. I think I'm just staying home. Neither disgusts me enough more than the other to cause me to vote the lesser evil and neither impresses me enough to earn my vote.

I can honestly say I don't care who wins.

Zoe, you're so passionate about so many issues, and you're not going to vote? Aaargh! Gurgle. Glug. (That's me hanging myself.) Clip. "Ahhhh!" (That's me deciding it's not worth it and cutting myself down.)

Robin, that was my thought but you expressed it much better.

Just now watching... thought to hop over to hubby's computer, where the speakers still work...

ROFL! So cheesy it's awesome! Love the blonde wig on the lead singer. And there's a hottie there in the background, for sure.

I agree with Turkey - needs a cow bell a la Will Farell on SNL. :D
