My mom sent me pictures she took during a walk along the path last February. There's me in the lovely blue tank top. I look happy, don't I? Probably because I wasn't running. :)
Here's the circle thing I keep trying to describe.
I came down off of a kick in Taekwondo badly. *sigh* Then I got an idiot doctor who took 5,000 dollars and told me I just had a sprain. I KNOW I didn't. So now it's two years later, and it's still to f*cked up to walk too much, let alone run and workout. Not that I'm bitter or anything. And without health insurance, next up is my teeth. I think I can go to another doctor in August, though, if DH makes good money. I'm really praying I can get back to TKD. It was the only pure, absolute fun I've ever had in my whole life. *sigh*
Spy, that SUCKS. Now I remember you talking about TKD. I really hope you can get yourself fixed so you can get back to what you enjoy. I'm always afraid something will happen and I'll never be able to dance again.
I "roughed it" in Zihuatanejo, Mexico for three years with my (now ex) husband while we waited for his US visa. Well, we didn't really rough it -- we had running water & glass in the windows, but it was really hot.
He was denied in September 2009 & I returned to Michigan in February 2010, and while our story ended there, mine continues at Hoosblog and my dog, Owen, is documenting his life on Instagram.
I'm no longer posting to this blog, but I'm leaving it online so you can read about our journey. Check out the links under Posts That Explain Things to get the basics, or the tags at the bottom for specific categories.

Pretty. I might even take up running if I had that setting. Or at least walking really really fast.
I think I would start to love running if I could get my foot working. I can't wait.
Wendy, I sometimes rely on the fast walking. ;)
Spy, what's wrong with your foot? I know you've mentioned it before but I think I missed the original story.
BEACH!
Cute! Its nice that you can wear a tank in February! That path looks perfect for jogging.. or walking fast. :)
That looks pretty cool. I'd love to run in an area that looks like that!
Lucky for me there aren't very many fast runners so I don't get discouraged. :D
