Five Things I Would Do If I was a Millionaire:

Your life sure has changed a lot! I wish I knew how to dance.

I think there should be one more thing on that list: Five Things You See Yourself Doing 5 Years From Now.

LOL, just curious! :-)

PS: I adore brown sugar.

That's a good point about the future. I have three off the top of my head:

- living in the US
- having children
- being published

I should post the recipe for the brie. It's SO FRICKING GOOD and I can't have it here because we don't have an oven. It's my favorite.

Oh, good one, Spy! I wish I'd thought of that category.

Great list of things, Melanie!

Nice to learn more about you.

This was cool.

And...I worked for JCCs of Chicago, as a preschool teacher, at the Anita M.Stone branch. You know, the one WAY south. ;)

It's a small world after all.

I may do this too. Weekends are wild and wacky on the ol' blog.

Amy, when did you work there? I worked in the creative/marketing dept from Aug '98 - June '00. Our offices were in Mayer Kaplan in Skokie, but I went to Stone once. If you ever had your picture taken, I bet I had it on my computer!

Great list! It's funny, because it's not super detailed, yet it tells a lot about you. I really like it! And I heartily agree with all those snacks! Yum.

Robin, I suppose you're right. I've become very good at sharing, but still keeping lots of things to myself. ;)

Aimless, fun! I was thinking I wanted something like your library, but I figured if you buy lots and lots of books, it's implied there will be an awesome library housing those books. ;)

And I had to narrow down my cities. I've lived in 14!

My, you've lived a lot of ploaces far and wide. I did this meme and every place I named was in the same state, lol

It's been fun reading through this on different people's blogs! Brie sounds yummy. And I prefer my pretzels dipped in chocolate.

Melanie Hooyenga said...

Colby, I seem to move cities ever 2.23 years. What's crazy is that doesn't count the numerous places I've lived within one city!

Melanie Hooyenga said...

Rachel, the brie is to die for. And this is the perfect time of year for it.

I also like pretzels dipped in chocolate (usually nutella) but I was trying not to combine answers, lol.

Melanie,
I worked at the Stone JCC until last May, for 3 years. We didn't overlap :-( but still...small world after all! (can't you just hear the music?)

:)

OK, that sounds DELICIOUS.

You have NO idea. I think I might have to do a post just about the brie. Mmmmm.
