I saw circus animals.
Watched ANOTHER piece fall off the car.
Ate the fabulous, yet slightly dangerous due to their proximity to the police station, tacos.
Ate a giant Hershey's kiss (okay, maybe that wasn't on the list but HELLO!).
Admired yet another gorgeous sunrise.
And played with my puppy (okay, that's definitely not on the list, but look at that face! Or those eyes since he's really fricking close to the camera! [yes, he licked the camera]).
Shockingly, I accomplished A LOT in the past couple days and my to-do list is shrinking much faster than I thought it would. This means that I'm dreading the flight even more because SOMETHING will go wrong and if it's not in the planning, it will be the actual trip. Maybe I should pack a bikini for Owen in case he ends up in the Caribbean.

I haven't had breakfast yet so those tacos are making me HUNGRY! You should try to eat as much Mexican food as humanly possible before you leave. I can't imagine Mich. has a lot of authentic Mexican food. *drool*

Can I tell you a funny story about the Nutter Butters? The first time I mentioned them I was thinking of the Little Debbie snacks things that have peanut butter and wafers inside a chocolate coating. I was craving them SO bad and thought they were called Nutter Butters so that's what I asked for. Turned out they WEREN'T what I wanted, but I didn't have the heart to tell my friend, and now the whole thing's spiraled out of control, lol. I DO like them, but I'm not NUTS for them. ;)
Hah! That cracks me up. I know exactly what things you're talking about. I LOVE THOSE THINGS! Speaking of which, I haven't had any for awhile.
ReplyDeleteButterfinger came out with these Butterfinger Crisps, and they're sorta like those things, except instead of peanut butter inside, it's a butterfinger-flavored creme. It's to die for.
But still not as good as those Little Debbie snacks. I think I'm going to have to get some tonight.
Wow - that's it huh? Those pics are great. The sunrises there are just beautiful, and Owen - I mean how cute can that boy get! Here's to knocking the rest off your list - and a safe flight. Michigan will that much better with you and Owen in it ;o)
