The first is tortfeaso...I have two favorite words. The first is tortfeasor. I learned this word before going to law school and couldn't believe it was actually a word. It's someone who commits a tort (a "wrong" under the law). My new favorite word is a Dutch word -- I'm been learning some Dutch with the Rosetta Stone program in preparation for a trip next month to see my husband's family. The word is "slaapkamer" (pronounced "slop kammer") and means "bedroom".
